Shipping policy

Kurabu Golf ships Australia-wide. We do not ship internationally.

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation from our Melbourne location. Orders placed before 11am AEST will generally dispatch the next business day.

Sourced orders (items sourced from Japan on request) have a typical delivery window of 10–15 business days. Tracking is provided the day your order ships.

Shipping rates:

• Standard shipping: $30 flat rate
• Free insured shipping on orders over $500

Delivery times Domestic shipments are typically in transit 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Change of delivery address Contact us before your order dispatches and we can update your delivery address. Once dispatched we are unable to make changes.

Damaged or lost in transit All orders are insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@kurabu.com.au. We will process a refund or offer a replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation.
